Following up on a legal carve-out, the client required support for the project organization of the IT carve-out. The IT separation affected software applications as well as onsite network structures and hardware items.

An existing software dedicated to the facility accounting according to the IFRS16 standard needed to be individualized for the client. The software-based on VBA and .NET Framework. Next to integrating the existing database of the client, the team implemented additional functionalities upon client request.

The PANDA GmbH organizes up to five times a year the PANDA Women Leadership contest for various industries. During this one-day event, up to 100 female executives and young talents participate in leadership challenges and group works to win exclusive prizes from the partner companies and the network.

In December 2013 eBay decided to open up the first German pop-up store in Berlin to exhibit products from power-seller merchants. PayPal participated in the project presenting innovative services to the public and offering direct testing opportunities on-site. 

As a side job, I create and optimize websites for local businesses and services that require an easy and appealing web presence for their business.

For the reporting and analysis of European-wide leasing contracts, the client requested the development of a business intelligence platform. On the basis of Hadoop technology, the reports could be generated in real-time. The incoming data from the message stream was categorized, anonymized, exported into other file formats, and summarised as well as recalculated for visual reports. The SCRUM methodology was used for the organization of the software development team.

To structurize and connect the communication and the networking possibilities among the members, we implemented a digital platform in cooperation with a technical platform.

Working at PayPal, my team had the task to create a new service for existing online merchants to enhance uprising mobile commerce opportunities in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. 

Our team managed PayPal's participation in a public bid initiated by a major public transportation company in Switzerland.
