PANDA Directory

PANDA provides a platform for experienced female leaders and young talents. Our goal is to create an added value for all contest participants: networking, contacts, jobs, feedback, self-reflection, encouragement. We build the bridge for companies that already support current and future female leaders, and those that want to learn how they can improve their position towards women in leadership for the benefit of all their employees. Through our different events, we create those bridges and encourage women in what they are doing and what they can reach.


To structurize and connect the communication and the networking possibilities among the members, we implemented a digital platform in cooperation with a technical platform. On the platform, the members have the possibility to connect with other members, publish content within the network and register for network events. Furthermore, the platform eases up the communication with the network members and automatizes processes during the event preparation.

PANDA Events

The PANDA GmbH organizes up to five times a year the PANDA Women Leadership contest for various industries. During this one-day event, up to 100 female executives and young talents participate in leadership challenges and group works to win exclusive prizes from the partner companies and the network. At every contest, several companies support and participate in the event and present themselves to the women. 

 

Within the event management tasks, I took over the following tasks:

  • creation of website and social media communication for participants and partner companies

  • acquisition and briefing of partner companies

  • briefing and logistical organization of speakers and team members

  • on-site event preparation and post-processing

  • registration and welcoming of participants

  • on-site technical support

 

During the event, I am responsible for the voting process.  To ease up the crowd-based voting method, I created a digital voting process based on Google services where the participants and the observers of the challenges insert their ranking through a mobile website. Based on the inserted score, the awarding score is calculated automatically and the ranking of the top performers is created for the awarding ceremony.
