PANDA Events

PANDA organized the PANDA Women Leadership Contest up to five times a year for various industries. During these one-day events, up to 100 female executives and young talents participated in leadership challenges and group work, while partner companies presented themselves to participants. My work included website and social media communication, acquisition and briefing of partner companies, logistical organization of speakers and teams, on-site event preparation and post-processing, participant registration and welcoming, and technical support. I was also responsible for the voting process and created a digital voting process based on Google services, allowing participants and observers to submit rankings through a mobile website and automatically calculate scores for the award ceremony.
